Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We usually process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location in India. You'll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Living With Arka ships across India only. We're working on expanding internationally and hope to deliver our premium cotton home linen to customers worldwide soon.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000 across India.

For orders below ₹2,000, a shipping charge of ₹100 applies.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories intact

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Simply contact our customer support team by Livingwitharka@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we'll guide you through the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Refunds are typically credited within 2–3 working days to your original payment method, although your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.

If a promotional discount or coupon was applied, the refunded amount may be adjusted accordingly as per our Return Policy.

Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only if your order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Luxe Cotton (30s Cotton): Softer, finer cotton with a smoother finish.

What bedsheet sizes do you offer?

Living With Arka offers premium cotton bedsheets in multiple sizes:

  • King: 100 × 108 inches
  • Super King: 108 × 108 inches
  • Jumbo King: 115 × 115 inches

Each product page includes detailed dimensions to help you choose the right size for your bed.

We also offer selected oversized bedding collections and home linen in additional sizes.

Do your bedsheets include pillow covers?

Yes.

  • King, Super King, and Jumbo King bedsheets include 2 matching pillow covers.

Many of our pillow covers feature coordinated prints to complement the bedsheet beautifully.

Are Living With Arka bedsheets machine washable?

Yes.

Our 100% cotton bedsheets are machine washable.

For best results, we recommend:

  • Wash separately in cold water.
  • Use a mild or liquid detergent.
  • Avoid bleach.
  • Dry in shade to preserve colours.
  • Iron on medium heat if needed.
