We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Most products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Customised items are not eligible for return or exchange
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at livingwitharka@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Reverse Pickup
Free reverse pickup is available for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will collect the item within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising the request
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued
