At Living With Arka, we ensure your orders are delivered with care, efficiency, and a seamless experience. Here's everything you need to know:
Shipping Within India
Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
- Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000 across India
- A flat delivery fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2,000
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on all orders (excluding customised items) and can be selected at checkout. An additional COD handling fee of ₹100 applies.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.
International Shipping: We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, festivals, or deliveries to remote locations. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed at every step.
Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
- Prepaid orders: A refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charges, once the item is received back
- COD orders: No refund is applicable for failed deliveries
